I’ve almost finished my first month (one portion left!) and I am so happy with the results. I’ve already purchased another two-month supply so I can accurately track my long-term progress.
I used measured scoops and found it very easy to manage. I did have one day where I suffered from a very sudden upset stomach—I definitely wasn't prepared for that! To be safe, I started waking up an hour early to chug the "magic drink" before going back to sleep. Honestly, that hasn't been necessary since, as my system seems to have adjusted perfectly.
I’ve found a great system for staying consistent: I portion out 16 servings in clingfilm and keep two servings per mini tub and repeat once I'm on last tub.
I put the powder in my water bottle before bed, then in the morning add the electrolytes and shake it up.
The biggest change for me is that it silenced the "food noise." This was especially helpful over the Christmas period when it’s so easy to overindulge. It really kept me on track.
